PRIMERA REUNION INTERNACIONAL

CRONOGRAMA:

- jueves 14 de agosto:

* recepción de las delegaciones / firma del libro de honor de la Orden / traslado a los hospedajes
* 20.00 horas: rueda de prensa presidida por el Consejo de la Orden en Argentina / entrega de memoria de la Orden a los medios de prensa acreditados
* 21.30 horas: comida oficial de bienvenida ofrecida por el Gran Prior de Argentina en honor de los visitantes, con la invitación especial de la Familia Condal Soberana de Gevaudan. Rendición de honores por parte de la Banda de la Escuela de la Gendarmería Nacional a las delegaciones presentes (traje negro o smoking con condecoraciones)


- viernes 15 de agosto (dia de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora)

* desayuno libre
* 10.00 horas: encuentro en el Café Tortoni ofrecido por la Chancillería Regional de la Orden
* 11.30 horas: Solemne Misa, cruzamientos y renovación de promesas y encargos magistrales ante el Gran Maestre en la Catedral Metropolitana. (traje negro o smoking con medalla y capa de la Orden, bandas para los Grandes Priores y Bailíos presentes)
* 13.00 horas: almuerzo fraterno (Rodizio / Puerto Madero)
* 16.00 horas: visita al Nuncio Apostólico S.E.R. Mons. Adriano Bernardini e instituciones emblemáticas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
* 19.00 horas: primera sesión de trabajo (COFA): apertura por el Gran Canciller / palabras del Gran Maestre / invocación religiosa por parte del Capellán magistral / presentación de los resúmenes de actividades y de proyectos por parte de los Grandes Priores y/o Bailíos presentes.
* 21.30 horas: comida de camaradería (tangueria de San Telmo)


- sábado 16 de agosto:

* desayuno libre
* 10.00 horas: visita guiada por la ciudad de Buenos Aires
* 13.00 horas: almuerzo de camaradería
* 16.00 horas: segunda sesión de trabajo (COFA) / entrevista privada con el Gran Maestre y Consejo Magistral de cada Prior y Delegaciones presentes.
* 21.30 horas: Gran Cena de gala de la Orden ofrecida por el Soberano Gran Maestre / concierto en honor de las delegaciones presentes e invitados especiales / presentación de una de las campañas rectoras del capítulo argentino, (ej; “Campaña de ayuda a las Bibliotecas rurales argentinas”). (frack o smoking con condecoraciones)


- domingo 17 de agosto (día de retiro campestre y confraternidad en San Antonio de Areco)

* desayuno libre
* 9.00 horas: encuentro en el café Gato Negro ofrecido por la Gran Chancillería
* 9.30 horas: traslado a la localidad de Villa Lía, al campo “La Segunda”
* 11.00 horas: arribo a San Antonio de Areco Visita a la Iglesia San Antonio de Padua, orfebres, talabarteros. al campo
* 12.30 horas: arribo a la localidad de Villa Lía; campo “La Segunda” almuerzo campestre y actividades recreativas. Visita al museo regional “Los rostros de la Pampa” para apreciar la vida gauchesca. (elegante sport))
* 16.30 horas: merienda
* 19.00 horas: ágape fraterno y regreso a Buenos Aires


- lunes 18 de agosto:

* desayuno libre
* 12.30 horas: almuerzo de camaradería
* 16.00 horas: plenario del concilio y conclusiones. Entrega de la Constitución de la Orden, diplomas y medalla recordatoria de la Primera Reunión Internacional por parte del Gran Maestrazgo.
* 19.30 horas: Solemne Misa de cierre en la Parroquia “Nuestra Señora de Belén” (San Pedro Telmo). (traje negro con medalla y capa de la Orden, bandas para los Grandes Priores y Bailíos presentes )
* 20.30 horas: despedida de las delegaciones.

of the Order of Nuestra Señora, Santa Maria of Buenos Aires.


With my highest esteem:

I have the pleasure to invite you to take part to the First International Meeting of the Order, which will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, next month of August.


The Order is already 5 years old since its restoration, having Substantialy grown, is now acknowledged worldwide. I do announce you the Catholic Church's official acknowledgement, what put our Order as a Brotherly Catholic Order (followinf the Ius canonicum) ,of the same rank, impact and vigor as other brother Orders (e.g. S.O.M. Constantine of Saint George, Saint Maurice and Lazare, etc.).

In order to follow working for its acknowledgement as an international association of Faithful by the Vatican's Secretary of State, it is of the utmost importance and necessary that we meet together in a Plenary Assembly.
This unique revival is the result of the tireless work of the Sovereign Grand Master, the Prince of Gévaudan, and for it we should consider loyal to answer positively to the present invitation.
You will be received and accompanied all the journey long by the members of the Chapter of the "Orden de Bonaria" in Argentina.

Activities will take place following this schedule: The Chancellery of the Order need to count on the confirmation of your attendance, for this purpose you should a.s.a.p. send us your positive answer and send through Western Union or moneygram the amount of E100.covering the preliminary fees; Those fees should be sent to: don Ruben Alberto Gavalda. Such working days would give a new vigor and spirit to the Order, and would be able to define the various facts and realities within each one country, exchanging experiences between the various members.

While expecting your answer, I assure you of my personal esteem and consideration. Remind only this is both my duty and wish that your stay in my homeland will be a memorable, happy and warm one!

PROGRAM:
1-Thursday, August the 14th:
-Reception of the delegations/Signature of the Book of Honor of the
Order/Guests transportation.
-8.00 P.M.: Press conference headed by the Order's Council in Argentina/Presentation of the Order's memory to the accredited press/medias.
-9.30 P.M.: Oficial welcome dinner given by the Grand Prior of Argentina in honor of the visitors, with special invitation of the Countal Sovereign family of Gévaudan. Honor rendered by the fanfare of the National School of Gendarmery. (black tie, tuxedo with decorations worn).


2- Friday,August the 15th.(Ascencion Day)
-Free Breakfast.
-10.00 A.M.: Meeting in the "Café Tortoni", given by the Regional Chancellery of the Order.
-11.30 A.M.: Solemn Mass, crossing and renewal of promises and magistral charges before the Grand Master in the Metropolitan Cathedral(black tie, tuxedo with medails and the Order's cape, full ribbon strip for the Grand Priors and baillifs).
-1.00 P.M.: Brotherly lunch (Rodizio/Puerto Madero).
-4.OO P.M.: Visit to the Apostolical Nuncio, His Grace Em. Adriano Bernardini and emblematic Institutions of the City of Buenos Aires.
-7.00P.M.:First working session(COFA):Opening by the Grand Chancellor/Talk of the Grand Master/Religious invocation by the Magistral Chaplain/Presentation of a summary of the activities and plans by the Grand Priors and/or Baillifs.
-9.30 P.M.: Friendly dinner (Tangueria de San Telmo).



3-Saturday the 16th of August:
-Free Breakfast.
-10.00A.M.: Guided visit of the Cityof Buenos Aires.
-1.00P.M.: Friendly Lunch.
-4.00. P.M.: Second working session/Private audience with the Grand Master and the Magistral Councils of each one of the present Priors and delegation.
-9.30 P.M.: Gala dinner of the Order given by the Sovereign Grand Master/Concert in the honor of the present delegations and special guests./Presentation of the Argentina's Chapter andof its works (e.g. working help to the country's side libraries) (frack or tuxedo with decorations).


4- Sunday the 17th of August.
(Day of rest in the country's side and brotherhood in San Antonio de Areco).
-Free Breakfast.
-9.00A.M.: Meeting in the "Café Gato Negro" given by the Grand Chancellery.
-9.30 A.M.: Transport to the town of Villa Lia, to the "La Segunda".
-11.OO A.M.: Arrival to SanAntonio de Areco, visit of the Church St. Antonio de Padua, silversmith, horse's harness makers, in the country's side.
-12.30 P.M.: Arrival to the town of Villa Lia; "La Segunda", rural lunch an activities. Visit of the regional museum "los rostros de la Pampa" in order to apreciate the life of the Gauchos (casual wear).
-4.30 P.M.: Afternoon Tea.
-7.OO P.M.: Brotherly feast and return to B.A.



5- Monday 18th.of August.
-Free Breakfast .
-12.30 P.M.: Friendly lunch.
-4.00. P.M.: Plenary of the Council and conclusions. Giving the Constitution of the Order, Diplomas, and souvenir of the First Intl. Meeting by the Grand Master.
-19.30 P.M.: Closing Solemn Mass in the parish "Nuestra Senora de Belen (San PedroTelmo). (Black tie with medails and cape of the Order, full strip For the Grand Priors and Baillifs.
-Taking leave of the Delegations.
